Just a quick note again to let you know how much all of us liked our stay at the Kimpton Shane Atlanta last week.

Both Monica and Janine were absolutely fantastic to work with. Not only were they both so kind and attentive to our group they were really just all-around nice people. I have done over 20 of these workshops and I can honestly say that the catering service and staff you have at the Kimpton Shane are the best we have ever had. They are pros at what they do and I appreciated their excellent work in support of our workshop activities. The attention to detail was outstanding right down to the Harvard quotes on the lunch boxes! With Janine and Monica running the show along with your top-shelf chef, our workshop got the highest ratings from our Fellows and Guests. Brittany at the bar during our reception was lovely too and we appreciated her excellent service as well.

Also - the audiovisual equipment was excellent and Sean Cook was the pro who made sure everything went off without a hitch. Please let the Audiovisual team know we noticed this! Everyone knows when things go wrong but when they go well no one hears a thing so I wanted to pass this along.

There are a lot of details involved in putting these kinds of meetings together and when everything goes off so well with the Hotel - the workshops are a lot better! We appreciate you and your team and Thank you for taking such good care of us!
